Allfab crews have worked day and night to deliver on the supply, installation and commissioning of the Strand 4 Torch Cutting Machine.

BlueScope Steel’s Slab Caster Asset Manager praised the Allfab crews involved in the project for their ability to work seamlessly with other teams to achieve a highly successful result. The project was not without its challenges, with outages drastically being reduced. This required a complete revision of how the project would be completed and resulted in work being done over many smaller stops, rather then one large shutdown.

The crews involved not only worked within the difficult timeframes required by the client, but delivered a quality result within half the time expected.
