The Allfab team working on site at BlueScope Steel Casting Operations have been acknowledged for implementing a superior safety solution. The team, led by Leading Hand Brett Holmes, was recognised for assessing a safety issue concerning a crane access ladder. The team not only replaced the crane access ladder, but modified it in such a way that it significantly reduced slip risk. 

The team has received positive feedback from virtually every operator who uses the ladder. Well done to Brett and the team involved in this positive and proactive safety improvement.
