Pro-active safety behaviour

The Allfab Management team received a glowing report from a BlueScope Steel representative about two crew members. 

Whilst onsite, a crew member was spotted removing some very deteriorated flags from a truck loading/unloading barricade and replacing them with new ones. When approached, the crew member explained that he had noticed the poor state of the barricade earlier in the day and was instructed by his team leader to clean up the area when he had a spare 10mins.

The BlueScope Steel manager who observed this behaviour was incredibly impressed and highly commended the two Allfab employees, stating that this type of behaviour should certainly be commended and encouraged. 

Well done Shane Blackmore and John Cox. Your pro-active behaviour is a great example of Allfab's safety philosophy and we appreciate you representing Allfab with such a high standard of professionalism.
